Shirley Agnos Legacy Award Recipient

Art DeCabooter, President of Scottsdale Community College from 1978-2008, was honored at the luncheon as the recipient of the Shirley Agnos Legacy Award. This award is given annually based on the following criteria.

• a long and dedicated record of working to improve our state and the
  lives of our citizens;
• a proven record of creating consensus positions from differing

• an active advocate on behalf of statewide issues;
