Fees: One Size Does Not Fit All

Because each client is unique and every event is different, fees for Arizona Town Hall services are negotiated based upon a variety of factors, including the lead time, scope of work, event length and type, staffing requirements, and out of pocket costs, such as facility and catering fees.  Before a contract is signed Arizona Town Hall staff will discuss with you the available options and establish an agreed upon budget and parameters of service.  We will do our best to help you develop a scope of work that fits your budget.  

The following information will provide some guidance in negotiating a contract for Arizona Town Hall Services:

Arizona Town Hall fees for typical 2 hour breakfast or lunch program for up to 50 participants
 Event planning services, including assistance locating partners, venues, and speakers, and drafting agenda and discussion questions, and web-based handling of event registration before the event  $1,000 - $3,000
 Add services of trained discussion leader and recorder on day of event, preparation of consensus statement   $1000
plus travel expenses
 Post-event assistance drafting articles for local media  $250 - $500

Arizona Town Hall fees for half day program
 Event planning services, including assistance locating partners, venues, and speakers, and drafting agenda and discussion questions, and web-based handling of event registration before the event  $2,000 - $4,000
 Add services of trained discussion leader and recorder on day of event, preparation of consensus statement  $1,500, plus travel expenses
 Post-event assistance drafting articles for local media  $250 - $500
