The training session for the 108th Town Hall on Arizona & Mexico will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the Arizona Court of Appeals located at 1501 W. Washington St., room 329 in Phoenix.
The meeting will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. and continue through lunch when we work on revising discussion questions, adjourning by approximately 1:30 p.m. Please let us know whether you can be with us and whether you will be staying through lunch.
A few days prior to the training session, we will e-mail you a draft copy of the discussion outline and a map of the Court of Appeals with parking instructions.
Please RSVP no later than Tuesday, April 5, 2016 to ensure that your name is on the list with security. You will not be able to enter the building if you are not on the list.
If you plan to use a laptop at the Town Hall, please bring one to the training session as well.
