• Anyone wishing to attend meal functions only
  Guests of participants, Observers or anyone from the general public may attend individual meal functions.
• Author Participant (including meals) – $495.00
  Background Report Author participating in panel discussions for all 3 days. Includes 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 3 dinners ($295); Registration Fee ($200)
• Current Member Participant (includes meals) – $580.00
  Current (2012) Member who will participate as a panel member for all three days. Includes 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 3 dinners ($325); Registration Fee ($255)
• Guest with full meal package – $325.00
• Non-Member Participant (includes meals) – $680.00
  Non-Member or non-current member who will participate on a panel discussion for all 3 days. Includes 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 3 dinners ($325); Registration Fee ($355).
• Observer (choose individual meals for additional cost) – $60.00
  Observers are free to observe but not participate in any panel discussions. No meals are included, but you will have the opportunity to purchase individual meals, on the next registration page.
• Observer (includes meals) – $385.00
  Observers are free to observe any of the panel discussions but cannot participate in the discussions. Includes 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 3 dinners ($325); Registration Fee ($60)
• Student Participant (includes meals) – $590.00
  Student participants will participate in all panel discussions for all 3 days. Includes 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 3 dinners ($325); Registration Fee ($265)
