  Current (2013) Member who will participate as a panel member for all three days. Includes 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 2 dinners ($230); Registration Fee ($255)
• 3. Observer (INCLUDES FULL MEAL PACKAGE) – $290.00
  Observers are free to observe any of the panel discussions but cannot participate in the discussions. Includes 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 2 dinners ($230); Registration Fee ($60)
• 4. Observer (MEALS NOT INCLUDED - choose individual meals for additional cost) – $60.00
  Observers are free to observe but not participate in any panel discussions. No meals are included, but you will have the opportunity to purchase individual meals, on the next registration page.

  Background Report Author participating in panel discussions for all 3 days. Includes 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 2 dinners ($205); Registration Fee ($200)

• 8. Anyone wishing to attend meal functions only (choose individual meals at additional cost)
  Guests of participants, Observers or anyone from the general public may attend individual meal functions. Cost is determined by meal choices.
