  • Arizona's Tax Structure: Dennis Hoffman, L. William Seidman Research Institute, W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University 
  • Creating the Great State of Arizona: Evelyn Casuga, Assistant to President - Special Projects, Central Arizona College, Ret. General Manager, Community Affairs, Arizona Public Service Company (APS)
