Registration

Base fee:
  • IN PERSON ONLY. Participate in a panel group discussion for the entire duration of the program. Includes 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 2 evening programs with heavy hors d'oeuvres ($200); registration fee ($280).
  • Participate in a series of online panel group discussions. Virtual participants will be able to watch meal presentations online. Virtual participants may also attend meal programs. To attend meal programs, please select which meal you wish to attend. Cost is determined by meal choices.
  • RESERVED FOR BACKGROUND REPORT AUTHORS ONLY. Background Report Authors participating in a panel group discussion for the entire duration of the program. Includes 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 2 evening programs with heavy hors d'oeuvres ($200); registration fee ($230).
  • RESERVED FOR BACKGROUND REPORT AUTHORS ONLY. Participate in a series of online panel group discussions. Virtual participants will be able to watch meal presentations online. Virtual participants may also attend meal programs. To attend meal programs, please select which meal you wish to attend. Cost is determined by meal choices.
  • In person or virtual. MEALS NOT INCLUDED - choose individual meals for additional cost on the registration page. Observers do not participate in any panel discussions. Please select which meal program you wish to attend. Cost is determined by meal choices.
  • Anyone from the general public as well as guests of participants/observers may attend individual meal functions. Please select which meal program you wish to attend on the next page. Cost is determined by meal choices.
  • Registration reserved for staff of Statewide Town Hall.

Register

"Creating Vibrant Communities" encompasses key factors for communities to survive and thrive in a hyper-connected world where changing circumstances such as pandemics, social movements and cultural shifts can cause rapid and significant change.

Participants build relationships across professions and communities while developing a written report of recommendations and commitments to action that create positive change.

The cost for in person attendance, meals, and registration is $480.

Virtual attendance and registration is $280 and will be provided with a separate program schedule.

Virtual Participants, observers, and guests can purchase and attend meals separately.

If you plan to attend the Town Hall as an observer, register using the “Observer” form and choose your meals.

All meal programs are open to the general public. If you plan to attend a meal program only, please select option six and choose your meals.

If you need lodging, several hotels are located nearby. A list of hotel recommendations will be coming soon.
